Santa Clara, Ciego De Avila, Camaguay, Las Tunas, Holguin, Bayamo, Moa,
Guantanamo, Havana, Varadero. Unlike GSM phones, these must be reprogrammed
to work in Cuba by us. This takes 2 minutes but, requires we de-program
them again for them to work again in the US and Canada prior to departure.
To save time, we have a large inventory of the latest phones and accessories
available. All numbers are provided prior to your arrival also.

You will
never have to sign any form or visit any office, we simply handle you
your already connected phone in the arrivals lounge at the airport. You will
have your Cuban cellular number long before you leave your country, allowing
you to inform friends, family and colleagues of the same. The telephone
number assigned to you is strictly confidential and will not appear in
any directory. All call
charges are pre-paid. You will
receive specified bills, so no hidden costs!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Havanatur China imposes a simple set of conditions
for the cellular rental service we provide. You must meet these
conditions when you rent your phone through us. Please read carefully
what is explained below.
Deposit
We require a deposit of 150.00 € taken from your credit card for equipment
deposit. The deposit covers equipment loss, damage, etc. and, will be
returned when you return our equipment in good working order. You must
place a minimum deposit of 100 € for TDMA phones for phone calls which,
can be increased during your stay, easily, at our officers either in Cash
or via credit card. If you bring your own equipment (TDMA) standard phone
we will waive the equipment deposit.
Payment
The deposit for equipment rental, call deposit and other charges
can be included within any travel package or as a stand alone
service (airport pickup must be included in the cost if no
other service is taken). Once in Cuba, for settlement of any
additional charges, credit cards of types: Visa, MasterCard are accepted and, of course cash.
