every service on the island. There may be things that you don’t
find on our site but, on each relevant page, you will find a
form that you can complete so that we can assist you with those
needs also. We provide any service available, even if it does
not appear on the website so, just ask and we will respond with
full details.
Simply peruse the site and add the trip components you require
by clicking on “reserve”. It is important that you
fill out the form for each service as; the information required
for each service may be different. When the form is filled out
and you click “send” the service is added automatically
to your shopping cart. You can continue adding services for
as long as you like until you have completed your ideal Cuba
Vacation! All services added can be modified or deleted at “check
out” time so add as many as you like and then conform your
final package at checkout.
When you have finished choosing your various services, simply
click on “shopping cart” at the top right hand corner
of any page, to view the selections you have made with prices
and details. You may delete or, return to add, further items
at any time but, once finished it is important that you complete
your name and email address in the areas provided. You may also
choose that a specific Travel Specialist deal with your request
or choose “any” which means that our first available
Specialist will contact you with availability and final invoice
for your chosen services. Once you have completed name, email
and chosen an agent (or not as the case may be) you should click
the send button at the bottom right hand corner of the page
and await the received message (5 seconds).
Your request is dealt with during our office hours; one of
our staff will personally verify the availability of each service,
confirm any special price reductions and contact you, via email,
with the results. Your shopping cart is sent directly to our
proprietary encrypted servers and is only released by our servers
to our sales department. We do not share anything but your first/last
name and, arrival details with service suppliers. We pre-purchase
every service you finally purchase to guarantee availability.
Once we have confirmed
all of the services that you require, a private invoice will be sent to
you with a full explanation of how to pay online and your final invoice
amount with all services clearly detailed. Payment generally takes just
5 minutes. Every service will be pre-booked and confirmed before you pay
us therefore, you will be asked to pay your final invoice ASAP to ensure
that the tentative reservations for your trip are quickly confirmed via
payment. We accept major credit and debit cards from anywhere in the world.
We also require bank transfers for larger transactions, Flight Tickets and
group stays.
